Background
One Park West forms the centrepiece of Liverpool One’s residential offering. The building houses 326 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, offices, a restaurant and café overlooking neighbouring Chavasse Park.

Challenge
To position One Park West as the most desirable place to live in Liverpool and to secure early sales through the launch of One Park West to the market “off plan”.

Solution
The creation of an aspirational brand identity which was used across a wide range of materials including brochures, computer generated images and flythrough DVD, promotional materials, press activity, advertising/advertorials, website, site hoardings, marketing suite and a launch event.

Results

Off plan sales launch

Laser show Launch shot Promotional bag

Over 200 people gathered at Liverpool’s Tate museum to enjoy a laser light show at the launch of One Park West. A promotional video, together with a quartet from the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and a scale model of the building were used to convey the style and substance of this iconic new residential building. Each guest received a One Park West goody bag at the end of the evening.
